Attorney-at-law. He has practiced as a litigator and worked in the public sector at a Specialized Criminal Circuit Court of Bogotá, with experience since 2014. His practice has focused on the defense and representation of victims, individuals, and companies in criminal proceedings (Law 600 of 2000 and Law 906 of 2004), disciplinary, fiscal liability, and asset forfeiture (extinción de dominio) proceedings.
He has also advised various public and private organizations in decision-making for the prevention and mitigation of criminal risks.

Mechanical engineer with an exceptional career of more than three decades in academia, research, and technical expert witness work. His professional practice combines deep technical knowledge in automotive and industrial mechanics with strong training in environmental management and sustainable development, allowing him to deliver expert opinions of the highest standards of precision and scientific rigor.
He has served as a court-appointed expert in proceedings before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, and as an automotive and traffic accident expert in more than 2,000 cases.
In academia, he was a research professor at Universidad Central for over 25 years, where he directed the Energy and Efficiency Research Group of the Mechanical Engineering Department and coordinated technological innovation projects funded by Bogotá's Chamber of Commerce and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
